Carbon Utility’s modular electrochemical platform captures CO₂ and converts it on-site into fuels and advanced materials, giving industrial and defense users closed-loop, feedstock-free supply—fewer delays, less inventory, lower emissions, and greater cost certainty.
Integrated DAC: First, we capture CO2 & produce Green H2 using our novel integrated Direct Air Capture platform
Our patented electrochemical DAC platform captures CO2 from ambient air using an aqueous solution that is fed into a novel electrolytic cell, simultaneously producing green hydrogen and pure oxygen as byproducts.
This approach lowers the cost of carbon removal by integrating atmospheric CO2 capture with Green Hydrogen (H2) production within one platform, providing the feedstocks needed for renewable fuels production.
e-Fuels: We then convert these outputs to renewable fuels and advanced materials in a closed-loop system architecture
DAC-to-FUELS:
We turn on-site CO₂ + H₂ into drop-in products: starting with e-methanol and expanding to DME, olefins, e-gasoline & methanol-to-jet (SAF). Local production means fewer deliveries, lower emissions, and stronger supply security.
DAC-to-MATERIALS:
From captured CO₂ and green H₂, we synthesize PAN precursors to create CO₂-derived carbon fiber. The result: high-performance material with a radically cleaner input stream. Ideal for thermal protection, lightweight structures, and advanced composites.
